Outages from Weather Event

This bulletin details an Issue which has been resolved, and is kept for archival purposes only

Due to a Major Weather Event in Wollongong, a significant amount of fd Network Provided Services have been disrupted and our network teams worked to resolve this quickly.
A fault in our Load Balancer was detected at 8:39pm and immediately shutdown to allow for remediation tasks. Due to the severity of the storm and electrical issues in the local area, most parts on the Load Balancer were deemed faulty and replaced.
The Load Balancer was returned to service at 9:30p however some services remained sporadic until 11pm
We've also had a flow-on event in DNS Generation Issue and Storage System Failure
